Born in Hanphilippses Haus in Wunderthausen. Came to America on the ship "Marco Polo" out of Bremen, arriving in New York on June 1, 1868. Known to have lived at Wheatland in 1880. By 1890 he appears to have been living in Baltimore where he was in a liqour business with a George Homrighausen. He was naturalized on January 7, 1884.

Born in Hanphilippses Haus in Wunderthausen. Came to the US on the ship "Johann Schmidt" out of Bremen, landing in New Orleans on June 1, 1857. She was not in the household as of the 1870 Census--and the Schneiders seem to have been missed in 1860. There is no gravestone for her in St. Paul's cemetery, but it is most-likely that she died there at Wheatland as a child.
