Last Will and Testament of L. Henry Riedesel, Deceased In the name of God, Amen! I, L. Henry Riedesel, of the town of Wheatland, in the county of Clinton and State of Iowa, of the age of 75 years, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, ordain, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament. That is to say, First, after all of my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, real and personal, I give and bequeath to Theodore and William Riedesel with the exception of the organ, which goes to Charles Riedesel. Said Theodore and William Riedesel to pay to Louis Riedesel, John Riedesel, Albert Riedesel, and Charles Riedesel each the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00). Provided William Riedesel disposes of his share of the estate to Theodore Riedesel, said Thedore Riedesel shall pay to William Riedesel the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500.00). Likewise, I make and appoint my brother, George Riedesel and Albert Dickmann to be executors of this my last Will and Testament.
